HOW DOES SHIPPING WORK?
Levandoo partners with global merchants in order to provide you the best prices and the most interesting products. This means that your order is shipped from global areas. Because we ship directly from our partners in these countries, your item may take 2-4 weeks to arrive. Please do not panic if it does not show up immediately, it's on its way. We offer international shipping options too - no matter where you are, you can buy from us!
THE TRACKING NUMBER FOR MY ORDER STOPPED UPDATING, WHAT HAPPENED?
If you're buying from outside of the U.S., your country's customs department may decide to hold your items at the border temporarily, often without explanation!
Note: Canada's customs department takes a particularly long time to resolve these holds. This is relatively rare, but if your order is held up in customs, we suggest calling your country's customs department directly and ask that they release your items immediately. We are not responsible for any local or regional custom fees once the items have shipped.
MY ORDER HAS NOT ARRIVED YET? WHY?
While some parcels can arrive early, some others may experience shipping delays, or you may live in a more isolated region from where our products will be shipped. If it does not arrive by 8 weeks upon ordering, we can help reship your order or refund guaranteed! :)
I WANT TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY PRODUCT?
Levandoo will accept returns for any unused items within 7 days of receiving the item(s). The items must be returned in its original packaging with the original tags. If you would like to cancel your order then please contact us, if, however, your order has already been dispatched, you will need to return the order to us. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
